What I’m seeing a lot of right now

  • Tight neck/shoulders and headaches from stress and desk work

  • Lower back and hip tension (often after long drives or busy weeks)

  • Feeling run down, wired-tired, or struggling to switch off

How Bowen therapy, cupping, and Reiki can help

Every session at WellBowen is personalised. Bowen therapy is gentle and works with your nervous system. Cupping can be added when your body needs help releasing stubborn tension. Reiki can be included as an option when you need deep relaxation and reset.

A simple tip for this week

Try a 5-minute “downshift” each day: slow your breathing, drop your shoulders, and unclench your jaw. Small nervous-system resets add up.
